concept to delivery
Design, build, test
Every containerised solution is developed from concept through to delivery, with full consideration for equipment layout, electrical safety and compliance, thermal management, fire detection, structural integrity, and future maintenance access. Detailed engineering documentation and 3D modelling ensure all systems are fully integrated before deployment.
Units are fitted out in controlled workshop environments to applicable industry standards, with modifications including cable entry systems, HVAC and ventilation, internal partitioning, fire-rated insulation, lighting, and security and access control.
To minimise site installation time and reduce project risk, equipment is installed, wired, and tested within the container before shipment - covering electrical continuity, insulation resistance, functional testing, protection relay testing, and Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) where required.
